New song online!
Hey guys,
So much has been happening!
I’ve just put my new song on myspace, which I with Jeremy from Victory Studios over the past 2 days. I’m so happy with it!
As well as this I’ve just got home from playing at Chaplins for the ‘Solid Air’ evening, a massive thanks for Conrad for letting me play tonight and I can’t wait to play again with him at The Winchester next month!

Gig Review: Bournemouth Folk Club
I had heard much about the Bournemouth Folk club, mainly through other local artists such as Charlie Hole, Fearne and Zac Harris so I was really interested in checking it out for myself. At Sundial Festival I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Burke, owner of the folk club. We shortly arranged a date for me to play a set at the Folk club for later on in the month, and things went from there!
The folk club provides a unique ambiance, indescribable to someone who has not experienced it themselves. With the brick wall backing the stage the acoustics are predominant and a mellow atmosphere is created throughout the venue.
As well playing, I had the privilege to hear other musicians share their music. I loved hearing Martin Crowley (www.myspace.com/martincrowley) , and also Katy Boyd and Benny Wain (www.myspace.com/katyboyd). Check them out; you’ll love them!

As far as gigging goes I played last night at the Lighthouse Live festival in Christchurch last night, which I loved. I met some really, really cool people and I was amazed to see the great facilities the youth club had. I wish we had such a great place to chill out in here.
I’m due to be playing at the urban beach hotel again tomorrow evening so I will let you all know how that goes.
Talking of possibly having an irish tour as well, so exciting!

Gig Review: Tone Fest 2!
I played at 11:15 saturday morning and slept that night.
IT WAS SO GOOD, WHAT AN AMAZING FESTIVAL!
I met some really great people at Tone fest, and I think my favourite part of the whole weekend was realising just how different everyone was there, but we were all brought together through music.
On saturday night/sunday morning the most tremendous atmosphere was felt in the acoustic tent as all the bands, and all the people staying at the festival pulled up a chair and created a musical circle where we all played every song we could think of! it was amazing.
Saying that, I don’t think any of us actually slept; me Krystina and Jack pitched out tents inside the acoustic tent but couldn’t sleep because of the lovely music
Overall an amazing experience and I’d love to play again!
